About Dutivo

Dutivo gives importers an audit-ready classification record for every SKU, the full duty stack and landed cost per origin, and alerts when a rate that touches them changes.

Who is behind it

Dutivo is built by a Miami-based startup. We are a small team working alongside our first importers and their brokers.

How it works

1. 1Import your catalogConnect Shopify, Amazon or NetSuite, or upload a CSV. Titles, descriptions, materials, images, country of origin and supplier come in for every SKU.
2. 2A code is proposed, with reasonsFor each SKU, Dutivo proposes the full HTS code together with the reasoning behind it, references to comparable rulings, and how confident it is.
3. 3You sign offYou or your broker approve, edit or escalate. Every decision is kept with who made it and when. That record is the evidence of reasonable care an importer is expected to have.
4. 4Duty stack and landed costBase rate plus every additional duty that applies to that origin and date, then freight and fees, so you know the true cost per unit. Exports go to your accounting system.
5. 5Alerts only when it mattersDutivo watches official sources for changes and tells you only when one affects your codes and origins, including refund and exclusion windows.
